Upon request for termination of the SingNet account, customer's email account will be deleted and removed from the SingNet database on the day of account termination. Customers will not be able to access their emails from that date & their active email forwarding service (if any) will also be terminated.
Customers can request for or continue their email forwarding service at the point of making their termination request. The Email Forwarding Service is affordably priced at $10 (one-time fee) and the forwarding period is fixed at 30 days.
